The sooner the better! We tend to fill up our calenders quickly. It’s never too soon to book. Minimum lead time for wedding events is 6 months. All other custom orders require 2 weeks lead time.

How much notice do you require?

Do you require a retainer to secure my order?

Yes. A 50% non-transferable and non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your invoice must be paid by date and time outlined on your invoice or your invoice will be canceled and we will release your date for immediate booking.

100% payment plus applicable rush fee will be due at time of order for all orders placed outside of the required lead time.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery fees range depending on travel time and distance.

What happens if I’m late or miss my pick-up?

Hey life happens! As long as you let us know you’ll be running a little late, we’ll happily accommodate you. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of your missed pick-up your order will automatically be forfeited without a refund and donated to our local police department or fire department. For larger orders, we will donate to a local school.

Cancellations will not be accepted 4 days before pick-up/ delivery.

Easy! Just fill out the order request form and we will follow up with you via email within 24-48 hours to go over the deets and provide you with a quote.

We happily will accommodate certain dietary restrictions.

Due to cross contamination, we cannot accommodate allergen restrictions.

We’re an online licensed cottage bakery located in Edison, NJ

Can I change my mind about the design or size of my order?

Great question. Changes to quantity/size depends on my availability. After 48 hours of payment of your retainer the design cannot be changed since I have likely already order any custom supplies/cutter for your order.

Do you offer Corporate or large order/quantity discounts?

At this time we do not offer corporate or large quanity discounts.
